The Look Show A/W 2012

This years Look Show kicked off at The Royal Courts Of Justices, it was such a great place to have the catwalk show as the building itself it stunning! I was Clare's plus one for the day, so thanks again Clare for taking me lovely. While we waited for the catwalk show, we enjoyed drinks and nibbles and also took a billion photos in the photo booths!

It was so much fun and great to finally meet Sarah from Temporary Secretary and Niki from Hero & Cape, who are even more lovely in real life. I also caught up with Fritha, Jamie, Lilly and her friend Daloni as we played with the new galaxy notepad and spotted celebrities. Smashbox retouched mine and Clare's makeup, as they had makeup stands with heaps of new product to try. I loved it as I've never tried them before, and like that they have the some fab shadows for doing a smoky eye look.

So after getting a snap with Whitney Eve (such a stunner!), it was time for the catwalk show which kicked off with Kelly Brook. It was great to see everything a styled for Winter and see what brands are offering us this season. I loved the Primark and River Island collections for fun glam looks, but also M&S and Next had some classic pieces - note amazing coats!

As it was such a long way to walk up and down, my camera just couldn't keep up Look have all the photos from the collections on their site so have a look there too. The special guest singer turned out to be Alesha Dixon, and so I set my camera to record! It was pretty surreal hearing her sing 'Scandalous', and made me feel a tad old but everyone loved it.

Than at the end of it all there was a huge bang and red confetti filled the air, it was such an amazing sight in the courts I wish I could have snapped it mid-air. I really need to update my You Tube with some videos from the show, I've been so lazy. I had a great time and the goodie bags topped it off. Once again the high streets have proved you can look good, without dripping in designer pieces. 

I really hope to see another show at the royal courts, as it really is an amazing place to see a catwalk show. I had such a fun day and seriously have a bag somewhere filled with photo booth pictures - Need to give Clare hers when I next see her, or see I ook ike some crazy friend stalker :)
