My Matalan Style Project 'Girlie' Look

So as you may have heard on twitter, Malatan asked three bloggers (me being one) to take part in this 'Girlie' style challenge with a little americana throw in. For us lucky three they gave us £50 to create our outfit, mine come in well under as it was so simple. Firstly I didn't think I would get picked, I'm the first to admit my style is random, and secondly the other blogger I adore, my blog pal Victoria . So I'm honestly happy to be taking part, if you like my entry than vote for me (but vote for whom every you want just leave a comment on Matalan's blog post).  I just wanted to have fun with it more than anything, it was so funny taking these.

Dress, shoes and socks: c/o Matalan,
Weird hair: My own

It was actual raining and I had neighbours giving me odd looks, but it was actual a laugh and my photography (my mum) took pleasure at me trying to dodge the rain. I think once the sun comes out I'm breaking this dress out for sure, and these wedges are so cute and I know I was sent these but at £20 they are a bargain! Yes £20 (and they come in blue) I would buy them, actual already thinking of how I can justify the blue pair to my bloke ' I'm growing another pair of feet' err no I don't think that will work.

I don't know if you noticed but I have no accessorise on, if you are a regularly reader you will know I'm Miss Accessorise! So I decided to step out of my comfort zone and keep it in the clothing, as its busy and has a lot of colour. Anyway thanks to Matalan for my lovely new summer bits and the chance to be part of this project, I can forgive you having me pose in the rain as these socks make me happy.
