Next week is my birthday and I can't believe I'm going to be 28, I'm actual am looking forward to it which is huge. I hate MY birthday, but this year is different I went through a lot in 2010, losing people, my mum being so ill and still recovering so I have a lot to be thankful for. You don't have to have some huge party and get given loads of gifts (yes, it is nice to get them) we really should be happy, that we have reached it to another year and I really, really am. 

It seems everyday you hear of something bad happening, and than there are the cuts and the V.A.T rise (which is bloody joke) so I think everyone should have a mini celebration on there birthdays and enjoy it because this year is going to be tougher. I think us Brit's have gone back to the glory days attitude, we are far from the crisis of post war Britain but that we will triumph approach seems to be in the air.

So a nice meal with my boy and bloke, and than at some point I will have a little moan about getting older, well I am English after all. So I must have been in a 60's mood today, maybe I thought that I would hop on a moped and hung out in Carnaby street. Yeah not sure what I was thinking I just wanted to wear my vintage shirt as I have promised myself that if not worn it ends up on eBay  I think I have been dreaming of Chloe Sevigny again, I love the way she throws pieces together  with that beautiful androgynous feel, she wears vintage feel pieces and you never know where she will take it next.

I think next time when it's warmer I will wear my blazer as I think it will look a lot cuter, so moving on I am in such a better head space at the moment, things are getting done without checking them off my list.  Other things that need doing I feel more relaxed about, rather than stressing that the room is a mess, or I need to wash face towels or we will have none for next week, you know those little horrid tasks that build into a huge 'to do' list. I will get to it I'm freakishly chilled out at the moment.
