Festival season is still in full swing, but if your low on funds you can't always afford to kit yourself out with a heap of new items for your festival outfits. So instead get inspired and   upcycle what you have, it's cheap, quick and easy I promise. I was asked by Handbag.com to customise a bag,  so as festivals are about having fun I decided to make something simple yet playful and a little kooky. This is super easy and will have you standing out from the crowd.
