The Smock Dress & Never Never Land

So the other day at the Witch skincare event I forget my battery to my camera, yeah major fail! I will have a post coming up, but it may be a little longer as I used someone else's camera and I don't except them to drop everything for me. So today I decided I would share a new item to my wardrobe, an item that I think I will be wearing to death! 

It's this dreamy smock dress from OASAP! I love it, I feel like a modern day Wendy from Peter Pan. I loved Peter Pan as a kid, I think mainly because they got to fly around in their PJ's. This dress has that feel to it, but of course it's far more glam than Wendy's plain old smock. Plus she didn't rock it with a spike headdress, which I'd take over flying any day I mean my hair is big enough plus in reality you would swallow a huge amount of insects and how would I get birds out my hair ....

Leggings: Boohoo
Shoes & Ring: eBay
Headband: * OASAP

Today I will be attending the Next press day for Christmas, yes you read that correctly I said Christmas. I think the whole of London has given up on Summer now anyway, it's became kinda of like an urban legend 'What's this Summer you speak of' yeah sad times I know but what can you do. I think this smock dress would look cute with shorts and a jumper too, and I never tan so it won't get me down. I think if your having a case of 'Summer was stolen' blues, slap on some tan, put on some dance music and make yourself a cocktail. Just don't do it the other way around, fake tanning after cocktails could result in some hand print patch work legs.

    In love with that head piece! The smock is great too, love that little bit of lace at the top! I'm always a bit scared of smock dresses they can be really hard to pull off, but you do it perfectly!
    I've given up on Summer too, we are off to Florida in a week - though apparently it's raining & stormy there as well! Boo! Jealous of the press days, I really wanted to go, but I'm trying to be good & save some money! Have an amazing day & I'll look forward to seeing the pictures! :)
