I will be trying out more looks from my new WAH book, but this was the first look I tried. The 'drippy' nails that they usually use for Halloween, I thought would look good as ice creams (so inspired while listening to 'new young pony club' song 'ice cream' these were born. So I think this is pretty easy, but I got a couple of requests asking for a how to. So I hope this helps, you don't have to use these colours but of course to get my nail look this is what I used.
Things you will need:
- Blue nail polish (I used Barry M )
- Pink nail art pen (You can get off Ebay try this seller here)
- Yellow nail art pen
- Top coat
Step 1: You can use a base coat if you like, I personal don't but you want your blue base to be smooth. Start in the middle and work your way out, that way your less likely to make a mess. Leave to dry.
Step 2: Once the blue base is dry you what to take your pink nail art pen and start to draw a wiggle line, think of it like a heart monitor almost with the wave of the line dipping up and down (Tip: try two small dips, than a big one, than another small one). Take your time.
Step 3: Once your happy than start to fill in the top, keeping inside the lines. Let this dry, once it has than take your yellow nail pen, and draw mini lines that are meant to look like sprinkles. Have them going off in different directions to make it look more like them, let that dry and than finish with a top coat. Easy!
Enjoy
