I never realised that it was going to be a more glam affair, I should have guessed it considering this year their catwalk show was held at Somerset House (the hub of London Fashion Week). So I went for a more casual drinks kind of outfit, still at least I didn't go in t-shirt and converse. Thanks to the lovely Clare (aka Rainbows and Fairy dust), my blogging buddy I have these wonderful outfit snaps. Me, Clare and Gemma had a wonderful time and I can't wait to share the collection with you. It's so amazing in ways you would never believe. Trust me it's going to make you shout 'that's Tesco!'.
Pink top: Charity shop
Stripe tank: H&M
Black baggy trousers: H&M
Bag: Gift
Boots: eBay (old)
So yeah I was in a pink mood, and although these trousers are not the most flattering them are so comfortable so were perfect for this kind of event. They were so many people there, lots of celebrities all dressed to the nines. So next time I think I may over dress a little instead, it gives me an excuse to wear all my over the top (not for day time) clothing.
your style is so amazing Laura, you give me envy! x
ReplyDeleteI don't think the trousers are unflattering at all, I actually really like them. This is definitely my kind of outfit, plus your hair goes amazingly well with the colours on your top x
